For any compensation requests regarding the server crashes it is best to write directly to [email protected] I wrote my request today and they did react inbetween 15 minutes paying me back and rounding the summery up to the next full Euro.

Regarding tournament cancellation; when you've registered for a tournament you get credited with rake even if the tournament is cancelled. I know it's frustrating when it happens - but at least you make a little money on it, due to the 50% rakeback .

I can see you were already refunded with 10€ for these incidents. Regarding the rakeback; at that time we had a display issue, where the client would show the total rake paid. This visual bug has been solved and everyone received the correct amount.

When you win a seat through a SAT. tourney you will automatically be registered for the tournament you qualified to.
You can find the tournaments you have registered for under the 'My Trnys' tab in the client.

I must admit I am having a little trouble fully understanding you . But I will try as good as I can. If you are trying to cashout using a Bank Transfer you will have to provide us with Banking Details such as: SWIFT code, IBAN number, name of bank and bank address. If you do this you should be able to withdraw your money successfully within 3 business days. That should give you plenty time to finish the christmas shopping in time

Well it's nice to see a site rep actually spending time here to assist in answering questions and resolving issues related to the site. I do hope for the best with HHP's endeavor, but I cannot justify opening an account at this time. There have been just too many sites that have come and gone (often with players funds) to trust that u are fully legite. Perhaps I will reconsider my position on the matter once u survive your first year of service.
Only 34 left, and are table jas frozen, currently 7th. Should we stay online as we are close to finish?

No I waited and it just disappeared, cant see it in MyTourney or my history page. Took screen shots if anyone needs for a claim. That would have been my first entry onto the BRM leaderboard too!

and yet another tournement dissapeared in to thin air, cant find it any where, luckely it was just started and i didnt spend hours ...again....for nothing....
however its getting really irritating that tournements disapear when they are already in progress,...

OK just recieved 2.97 in beta winnings. I was placed 7th with a rize of 2.50 so although I thought I could have done better I am happy with that. Just wondering if BRM will accept us on the leaderboard?
