Dear wiggggy,

I have reimbursed you for the SnG. The money from cash game had already returned to your account.
Regarding tournament cancellation; when you've registered for a tournament you get credited with rake even if the tournament is cancelled. I know it's frustrating when it happens - but at least you make a little money on it, due to the 50% rakeback Smile.

Best Regards,
Jonas

------------
Dear byng0,

I have credited your account with €1 .

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Jonas

Dear Darth Bane,

The 0.06€ has been refunded.

Regarding crashed BRM tournaments - I will find a solution with the BRM site admins.

Best Regards,

Dear Arne,

And now You cleared all money from "in Play" and now it's 0, but those money was the one that was won during the play, and also the maney witch I received for bigger level decreased from 40,60eur and now is only 20,14eur? And it meens error?

Dear Nariux,

I can see you were already refunded with 10€ for these incidents.
Regarding the rakeback; at that time we had a display issue, where the client would show the total rake paid. This visual bug has been solved and everyone received the correct amount.

Dear EimsbushKing,

Everyone affected by the crash in the evening boost tournament will of course be compensated. I understand your frustrations and trust me we are doing everything we can to rectify these errors.

I need you to provide me with your nickname if you want me to look into this matter. Details like dates/tournament ID's etc. are also highly appreciated.

Look at 'Naxius' post, he did a really good job providing information which helped me clarify his issues fast.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Best Regards,
Jonas

When you win a seat through a SAT. tourney you will automatically be registered for the tournament you qualified to.

You can find the tournaments you have registered for under the 'My Trnys' tab in the client.

Dear pacopeca,

I am not sure I understand you correctly. Did you get money 'stuck in play' during a crash? I can assure you that these crashes are not 'traps' (?). I need you to provide me with your Nickname at High Pulse Poker in order to help you mate.

Dear Yayoav,

BRM leaderboards wasn't updated yet because I just finished sending the Gamelogs to your site admins today. Sorry for the delay.

Regarding crashed BRM tours; I am working on a solution with your site admins.

JONAAAAAAS PLEAASE

I have managed to do a bank of some kind of mas of 400 Euros in this room, and since now it is going to enter the law of the game, kiero to withdraw it before q between in effect, do not be going to be q then could not, the problem is the following one:

On having tried to do a bank transfer, he says to me q number THEY WERE GOING q it gives me the room, is incorrect, q only it can have 27 numbers and the one that they give me has 31.

Idont know to do, not where to claim not nothing, the service of attention to the client of the room is terribly, in addition q only in English, and the languages are not my fort.

Please I request q someone of the school solidarice with me and help myself in it q could, already q in unemployment and without income, these 400 Euros suppose me muxo for these Christmas dates.

Dear Badaryokino,

I must admit I am having a little trouble fully understanding you Sad . But I will try as good as I can.
If you are trying to cashout using a Bank Transfer you will have to provide us with Banking Details such as: SWIFT code, IBAN number, name of bank and bank address. If you do this you should be able to withdraw your money successfully within 3 business days. That should give you plenty time to finish the christmas shopping in time Blink

Best Regards,
Jonas

Well it's nice to see a site rep actually spending time here to assist in answering questions and resolving issues related to the site. I do hope for the best with HHP's endeavor, but I cannot justify opening an account at this time. There have been just too many sites that have come and gone (often with players funds) to trust that u are fully legite. Perhaps I will reconsider my position on the matter once u survive your first year of service.

@Jonas perhaps you could monitor this thread more often least till all the issues are solved so that we know what to do when situations like this one happen. Cheers.

No I waited and it just disappeared, cant see it in MyTourney or my history page. Took screen shots if anyone needs for a claim. That would have been my first entry onto the BRM leaderboard too!

OK just recieved 2.97 in beta winnings. I was placed 7th with a rize of 2.50 so although I thought I could have done better I am happy with that. Just wondering if BRM will accept us on the leaderboard?

Thumbs Up for a quickish resolution.
