There were two people arrested in the case of a poker player who got robbed and shot as he was going out of a poker room in northwest Austin, Texas.

The two suspects, Charles Clines-Martinez (age 24) and Jermaine Patrick Spirlark (age 41) face charges of aggravated robbery that occurred in the wee hours of April 30. Clines-Martinez worked as a security guard at the poker room.

Bradley Ruben, a professional poker player from Florida, has been charged with failure to remain at the scene of a car crash on Interstate 95 in Broward County as well as resisting arrest after allegedly crashing into and eventually killing a man who was assisting his wife who had been involved in a separate accident.

Canadian poker pro Gordon Vayo has sued the world's top site, PokerStars, for not paying out to him the prize money worth $692,460.92 that he apparently won during the 2017 SCOOP series via his online username "holla@yoboy", according to a Forbes SportsMoney article. The lawsuit is currently pending in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and it includes counts of fraud and deceit, false advertising, and breach of contract.
