KAN: Danny Duffy (7-6, 4.13 ERA) will take the ball on Sunday when the Royals and Rays wrap up their weekend series at Tropicana Field at 12:10 p.m. CT. The 26-year-old lefty allowed two runs on five hits in 5 2/3 innings against the Orioles at Kauffman Stadium last Tuesday, picking up the win in a 3-2 Royals' victory. He is 5-2 with a 3.03 ERA in his past 10 starts.

NYM: A day after celebrating his 23rd birthday (his mom sent a cake to the Citi Field clubhouse), Noah Syndergaard will take the mound for the series finale against the Red Sox. SF: San Francisco will call upon its brightest hope for victory, left-hander Madison Bumgarner, in Tuesday's 7:10 p.m. PT rematch. Bumgarner's eight career victories at Dodger Stadium are the most by a Giants pitcher since Hall of Fame right-hander Juan Marichal went 14-11 at Chavez Ravine.

CLE: Trevor Bauer will take the mound Wednesday for the Tribe in the series finale (7:07 p.m. ET). After a homer-heavy stretch through July and early August, Bauer has found renewed confidence in his sinker and had 11 outs via grounders in his last start.
TOR: Knuckleballer R.A. Dickey will take the mound when the Blue Jays close out the three-game series at Rogers Centre. Dickey bounced back from a pair of rough outings to record a quality start against the Tigers on Friday. He allowed three runs over 6 2/3 innings after surrendering 10 runs over his previous 10 innings.
