i testify that in the United States, Ferrero was sued in a class action for false advertising that led some to believe that Nutella carries nutritional and health benefits, being touted as 'part of a nutritious breakfast'. They agreed to pay $3 million (up to $4 per jar for up to five jars in returns by customers) in an April 2012 settlement. The settlement also required Ferrero to make changes to Nutella's labeling and marketing, including television commercials and their website.

I testify that looking at this thread can sometimes nurture ones need for general knowledge on various subjects. For instance, i had no idea what a gabion is. Think it might turn out to be a new expression for me.... dont be such a gabion! I testify that I've been playing way too much poker lately, and doing way too little studying. It's worth it though, since I can win money from playing poker and learn about great new things on this site. Who needs school when you have the BRM forums?!
I wouldn't have learned that Ferrero was sued in a class action for false advertising, or that pochui on the 23rd of febuary had breakfast, then 30 minutes later took a s**t and then went on to have coffee and a picece of pie along with posting random nonsense. This I would never have learned in school, and for that I thank you wonderful people of this community

I can testify that Johnny Cash was born on February 26, 1932, in Kingsland, Arkansas, to Carrie Cloveree (Rivers) and Raymond Cash. He made his first single, "Hey Porter", for Sun Records in 1955.
